These 12-inch supported cold weather and chemical handling gloves stay flexible in temperatures down to -50° F. The shell is high-visibility orange anti-freeze nitrile with a sandpaper finish for an enhanced grip. Inside the glove is honeycomb mesh with Cold Keep® insulation for added warmth. The cuff has reflective overcasting on the outside and a 2-inch heavy velvet interior. The wing thumb increases comfort and flexibility. These gloves comply with FDA regulations for food contact. We work with a nationwide network of manufacturers and distribution partners to deliver products directly to our customers. Because products may ship from different facilities, return eligibility, procedures, and applicable fees can vary by product.
Please review our return policy before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return requests within 10 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must meet the following conditions:

Be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Be clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

Include original manufacturer packaging, labels, tags, instructions, accessories, and all supplied components.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase from Beeline Purchasing LLC.

Receive return authorization from Beeline before being shipped back.
Products showing signs of use, installation, contamination, alteration, or damage may be rejected for return.
All standard returns are subject to inspection and approval.
The 10-day window applies to voluntary returns of conforming merchandise and does not restrict rights provided by applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all standard customer-initiated returns, including returns due to ordering errors, incorrect product or size selection, changes of mind, or merchandise no longer being needed.
Return shipping requirements include:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return transportation unless otherwise instructed.

Original shipping, delivery, and freight charges are generally nonrefundable for standard returns.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned merchandise and any loss or damage during customer-arranged return transportation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance.

If Beeline offers to arrange a return shipping label or freight service at the customer's expense, the cost will be disclosed for approval before the service is arranged. An agreed cost may be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping destinations vary by manufacturer. Do not return products to the address on the original shipment or to Beeline without receiving return instructions.
When merchandise is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied by Beeline, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including reasonable return shipping at our expense where applicable.
3. Restocking Fees
Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee based on manufacturer requirements.
Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed as a specific percentage or dollar amount on the product listing or otherwise clearly communicated in writing before purchase.
Restocking fees, when applicable:

Are calculated against the eligible returned merchandise value, excluding shipping charges and taxes, unless a different calculation was disclosed before purchase.

No restocking fee will be charged unless it was properly disclosed before purchase.
Restocking fees will not apply when Beeline is responsible for supplying incorrect merchandise, merchandise is defective or arrives damaged, or applicable law prohibits the fee.
We encourage customers to contact us before ordering if they have questions regarding product return eligibility or potential restocking fees.
4. Non-Returnable Merchandise
Certain products may be designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable due to manufacturer restrictions, safety requirements, hygiene considerations, or customization.
When identified as non-returnable before purchase, these products may include:

Custom-manufactured, personalized, embroidered, or logoed products.

Special-order or made-to-order merchandise.

Disposable PPE or hygiene-sensitive products that cannot be resold once opened.

Products specifically marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Additionally, used, contaminated, damaged, or altered safety equipment generally does not qualify for voluntary return.
Any special manufacturer restrictions that affect an otherwise unused product will be disclosed before purchase.
These restrictions do not eliminate applicable legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email info@beelinepurchasing.com within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:

The product name, part number, and quantity being returned.

The reason for the return.

Photographs, if the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our team will review the request and determine eligibility.
If approved, Beeline will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return shipping instructions, the correct return destination, and any applicable fees.
Authorized returns should be shipped within 7 calendar days after return approval, unless different written instructions are provided.
Products shipped without prior authorization or to an incorrect facility may be refused or returned to the sender, subject to applicable law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If you receive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when available.
We will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A refund.

Manufacturer warranty assistance.

Return transportation arranged at Beeline's expense when appropriate.
The suggested reporting timeframe does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection or warranty laws.
Manufacturer warranty claims may be handled separately from voluntary returns.
7. Refund Processing
Once returned merchandise is received at the authorized return facility, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
We will notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including applicable refundable taxes, less any properly disclosed and authorized restocking or return shipping charges.
For standard returns, we aim to issue approved refunds within 10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned merchandise, or sooner where required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Refunds required under applicable laws, including qualifying cancellations of unshipped orders, will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

8. Exchanges
We understand that customers occasionally order the wrong size, style, or product.
Please contact us to discuss exchange availability.
Depending on manufacturer requirements, an exchange may be possible and could reduce certain return expenses.
Customer-requested exchanges may still be subject to applicable shipping charges and properly disclosed restocking fees.
All exchanges require prior approval. Replacement merchandise may need to be purchased through a separate order.
9. Order Cancellations and Backorders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may enter manufacturer processing shortly after being placed. Once processing or shipment has begun, a voluntary cancellation may not always be possible.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return procedures will generally apply.
If merchandise cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe was specified and that federal default applies, Beeline will provide the applicable delay notification, consent, cancellation, and refund options required by law.
Where customers are legally entitled to cancel an unshipped order due to a shipping delay, Beeline will provide the required full and prompt refund without an undisclosed cancellation or restocking charge.
10. Applicable Consumer Rights
This policy applies to purchases made on or after its effective date.
Beeline Purchasing LLC serves customers throughout the United States and respects applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including those involving defective merchandise, incorrect shipments, product warranties, or legally required order cancellations and refunds.
Where applicable law provides greater customer protection than this policy, the applicable law will govern.
