Currently we specialize in purchasing safety supplies directly from the manufacturer, to reduce the middleman, and provide a cost savings to association members. As brokers, we are very flexible in finding products that you currently use, and are able to shop around to a variety of other manufacturers, offering a similar product, to find the best price. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Fall Protection, Protective Clothing, and Logo'd items are very popular with our clients.

Our goals is to work with each contractor member individually, based on your needs, and use the buying power of the association to develop the direct ordering from the manufacturer. Manufacturers offer samples, for comparison or evaluation, and are available for technical support and training.

Beeline Purchasing LLC was created from a passion to offer a cost savings benefit to contractor association members. We created a new purchasing concept, unlike any other distributor in the market today. As brokers, we are not selling any particular "brand" of products. We simply offer assistance in ordering products directly from the manufacturer.

Q: What if I want to buy something but can't find it on your website?

A: Please call customer service and place your order directly. We are working to expand our online catalog all the time, but everything we sell is not listed!

Q: Can I checkout using a PO and get billed?

A: Yes, existing customers with a good payment history can use a PO when checking out. New customers are encouraged to call ahead of time in order to set up net 30 terms.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?

A: The following major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, VISA, and MasterCard.

Q: When will my order ship and how long will it take to get it?

A: All in stock orders placed before 3:00pm ship same day via UPS or FedEx. Please allow 7-10 business for non-stock items.

Q: What will I be charged for freight?

A: In order to ensure the best possible rates, shipping will be calculated after your order is placed. Manufacturers typically pass on their discounted rates and also offer free freight on larger orders.

Q: Do you handle special or custom orders?

A: Yes, we are fully capable of processing special and custom orders, such as: logoed items, custom sized items, etc. Please call customer service and speak with us to place these types of orders.
