These 3M™ Particulate Filters 5N11 are designed for cost-effective, replaceable respiratory protection against certain particulates. Use them with 3M™ Gas/Vapor Cartridges and the 3M™ Filter Retainer 501 to filter particulates like dusts, mists, fibers, and metal fumes, alongside gases and vapors. Alternatively, combine with 3M™ Filter Adapter 603 and 3M™ Filter Retainer 501 for particulate-only filtration. Easy installation minimizes training needs. These filters are compatible with various 3M™ half and full facepiece respirators, including 6000, 6500/6500QL, 7500 Series, FF-400, 7800 Series, and compatible 3M™ Scott™ models, reducing inventory requirements.

Ensure workforce safety by selecting the appropriate 3M™ Reusable Respirator and N95 or P95 particulate filter based on workplace contaminants and exposure levels. The 3M™ Particulate Filters 5N11, approved by NIOSH as N95 filters, offer protection against non-oil-based particulates. When used with compatible 3M™ respirators and accessories, they can filter particulate concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA PEL with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces. These filters are not suitable for immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) environments or applications requiring 100-level filter efficiency (N100 to P100).
